Terms & Conditions

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.

NJ’s Jewellery is committed to protecting your privacy & security. We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information to any third party. Any information we obtain will always be used in compliance with all data protection. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us.


Please note we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding Bank holidays & Weekends), & they will be sent via Royal Mail signed for delivery Service.  Currently we only deliver to UK based locations however if you have a specific request we will try to accommodate this upon request.

Unfortunately we cannot completely GUARANTEE when delivery will take place, as occasionally there may be unforeseen problems, which may be out of our control.

Custom made items will take a little longer as they are made to order but this will be confirmed on an individual basis.  Please let us know if you have a specific deadline when placing your order and we will try our very best to accommodate this.

Made to order items can take between 4-6 weeks sometimes longer during busier periods.

Returns Policy

We accept the return of all damaged or faulty items only if they are returned and in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt (it must be within our possession within 7 days of receipt). Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be liable for the cost of the postage to return the goods; this does not affect your statutory rights. Please include details of item/s you are returning so we know who is due a refund and what the fault is with the item.

Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email or by telephone stating what the problem is.  Refunds or exchanges will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Goods must be returned by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you chose not send the item by recorded delivery we cannot guarantee they will be received. Any returns outside this timescale will be returned back to you or issued with a credit note, unless there are exceptional circumstances and are at NJ’s Jewellery discretion.

For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a set.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

We regret we are unable to accept returns for special order items and bespoke orders made to your specific requirements. If an item is faulty we will offer an exchange for the same item.

Returns address will be provided upon request.

Trade orders are considered final sale and are non refundable.  We do not accept returns of unwanted items. We are happy to supply a credit note in exchange for an item/s not wanted within 7 days of you receiving the item/s. For any damaged or faulty items if they are returned within 7 working days and in their original packaging and condition. We will exchange them. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.

Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order for that item.                                                                                                                      

The price you pay for your items is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

NJ’s Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website. If a product you have ordered has an incorrect price due to an error we have made, we will notify you before delivery and give you the option of cancelling or altering your order.

Please note whilst every effort has been made to illustrate the bead colours as accurately as possible, on occasions colours may look slightly different from the image due to lighting or batch variations from the bead suppliers.  NJ’s Jewellery cannot be held responsible for this.

Caution not suitable for babies & young children
As all of the items contain small component parts they are not considered suitable for babies or young children.

Care for your jewellery

To maintain the beautiful look and lustre of your chosen piece of jewellery we recommend you avoid direct contact with any perfume, body lotion, hairspray etc. as it can affect the coating of the beads.

Postage & Packing

UK Standard Delivery is £2.95 and your order will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class and will require a signature on delivery. This is a flat rate fee and only charged once per order, regardless of how many items you order.  

Multiple Address orders

If your order needs to be dispatched to more than one address the above standard delivery cost will be added per address.
